Delivery and Returns

At Black Friyay Clothing, we want you to shop with confidence. Here’s how we handle delivery and returns.
Delivery Information
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and handed over to the courier the following day provided that it is a weekday.
- Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping Partners: We currently work with J&T for delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
- Delays: We do our best to meet delivery times, but delays can happen due to customs, weather, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays once your package leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s what to do.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale and final sale items are non-returnable.
- No refunds will be processed without clear video proof of the package being opened upon delivery.
This is to protect both you and us from fraudulent claims.
Video Proof Requirement:
To qualify for a refund due to wrong, damaged, or missing items:
- Record a clear video of the package before opening, showing the package condition and shipping label.
- Continue recording as you open the package and reveal its contents.
- Send the video, along with your order number, to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Without this video proof, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.
Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or item, and you’ve provided the required video proof, we’ll arrange for an exchange or issue store credit.
Refunds
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow at least 3-5 business days for processing after we received the package.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, etc.).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
