Delivery and Returns

At Black Friyay Clothing, we want you to shop with confidence. Here’s how we handle delivery and returns.

Delivery Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and handed over to the courier the following day provided that it is a weekday.
  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Partners: We currently work with J&T for delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • Delays: We do our best to meet delivery times, but delays can happen due to customs, weather, or courier issues. We are not responsible for delays once your package leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s what to do.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within  3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • No refunds will be processed without clear video proof of the package being opened upon delivery.
    This is to protect both you and us from fraudulent claims.

Video Proof Requirement:

To qualify for a refund due to wrong, damaged, or missing items:

  1. Record a clear video of the package before opening, showing the package condition and shipping label.
  2. Continue recording as you open the package and reveal its contents.
  3. Send the video, along with your order number, to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Without this video proof, we unfortunately cannot process a refund.

Exchanges:

If you received the wrong size or item, and you’ve provided the required video proof, we’ll arrange for an exchange or issue store credit.

Refunds

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow at least 3-5 business days for processing after we received the package.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, etc.).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
